Vicis first ice swim. She was excited to try this out. She had heard so much about how healthy it was.
It took some time before she got into the water, she hesitated and shook her head a couple of times :)
When finally in the water she started swimming in the ice cold water, later she told that she wanted to scream out loud because of the extreme cold water.
